Week 35/36 - US Open, Flushing Meadows, New York City (hard) - Doubles


1 point in it, 87 to 86. Fine margins. Still, they share 175k USD so nice work, with jamie getting a share of another 78k or 160k in mixed, hes had a very nice fortnight.

Let's hope they can have a great autumn run now

Pretty amazing that they got the title at the US Open AND Wimbly.

I don't really follow doubles much but it seems to me that, unlike singles, it's pretty rare to get the same team winning Grand Slam titles in the same year????

Yes. Bryan/Bryan. Bryan/Sock, Murray/Soares, Bjorkman/Woodbridge, Woodbridge/Woodford have all done it this century. RG is the hardest one to pair up of course.
