Yes, that second set was closer than I was expecting, but food for Emily to get over the line. After 3 wins so far this week she finally has one more WTA point. Second seed up next for anything further.

 Yes, perhaps that's what set her back in the second set.. having to duck all those flying bananas and timely arrows no

2/2 today for Emily, she wins her R16 doubles with Chelsea Vanhoutte (BEL) 6-2 6-0 over a Belgian WC pair.
Em + are 2nd seeds.

Mandy will also play doubles later with Linnea Malmqvist (SWE). They are 4th seeds.

The scoreboard appears to have frozen on Emily's match at 6-1 0-0 and has been like that for a while.
The weather forecast is sunny though, so I presume a technical problem
