Without wanting to look past Catherine Harrison, if Harriet does go through, she'll probably have the worst draw she could in the 2R as Kristie Ahn will likely be waiting for her (assuming she beats her WC compatriot). Ahn has been in great form recently, qualifying for Wimbledon, making a W60 SF in her next event, and just last week came through qualifying in San Jose Premier, then beat Tomljanovic and Mertens (3 and 3) before going down to Vekic in QF, and as a result, she is now ranked above Harriet, but of course the seedings are based on the previous weeks rankings.
Ah, after all that, I see Ahn (perhaps not too surprisingly) has withdrawn following her recent exploits, so Harriet will be in line to play a qualifier or WC if she gets past Harrison. I know Harrison is coming into this on the back of a W25 last week (hence her SE) and Harriet hasn't played an official match since Wimbledon, but the odds are pretty close despite the ranking difference, 4/7 Harriet, 5/4 Harrison - it was a pretty weak W25 field that she won, she was second seed and top seed was 340 - equivalent of Sam being top seed in our 2 W25s.
It will probably be on fairly soon - the unranked LL Rosenqvist, who beat Naomi, is a set and 0-3* down in her match, and Harriet follows on, and there is a stream for it.
That match has now finished, so she should be on next.

She did make it 5. Qualifier Duval beat her Amercian WC compatriot easily, 1 and 0, so that's who Harriet will face in R2, assuming there's no slip ups here.
