Emilie is next in qualifying for a 25k so needs to be ready earlier.

Yes, it will be interesting to see whether she stays in next week's event or withdraws. She's already had one injury spell this year.

Good to see Emilie out for the start of her doubles final. Hope whatever ailed her this morning will not be aggravated during it.

They won four more games and four less points than their opponents, and save 11 out of 12 break points !

And fantastic to see Emilie and Alba come through to claim the trophy, even more so after Emilie's retirement this morning

F: Carrillo Marin, Alba (ESP) / Lindh Gallagher, Emilie (GBR) (686/74+UNR/165) [2] beat Berankova, Karolina (CZE) / Drummy, Georgia (IRL) (723+UNR) [4] 6-4 7-5

Wow, couldn't believe those figures when I first read them, so looked them up myself for them to sink in! Those BPs saved 11/12, and this is sudden death deuces!!!!! They only played 11 service games, so they had just over 1 BP against them per service game - and still won the trophy! confuse
