A really bad day continues as Emily and Yashina are soundly beaten 6-1 6-2

Such a shame as this tournament held real prospects given the field, but the draw was unfortunate. I just hope she is ok - serving stats were as bad as second half of her singles. Hopefully she can get home quickly and get ready for the North American swing.

What a shame. Only 1 first serve in during the MTB. It was looking really good but whatever happened in that medical timeout just turned the match on its head. So instead of 5 points, it's none.

 She would have got 3 pts for a QR1 win but she got a bye so she gets nothing. I'm still not sure why she didn't get directly into the MD as 2nd alt, but that's by the by now, she's on the flight out.
