Great win. Haven't seen Evan play before - his game looks perfect for mixed doubles.
And they will play another unseeded pair, Vliegen and Zheng (who put out the No 2 seeds) in the next round

Yay, well done and shows me a bit for making some comment about all Evan's WCs.

A little glory and some useful extra income ( though appropriately IMO nowhere near the level of the other events ). Keep it going ...

Neal Skupski and Heather still to play Court 18 but the match on there currently (Berrettini and Schwartzman) could be over soon (match point). Might not get Heather on, or possibly move her to another court?

Andy and Serena presumably will be on after Fed who seems to be moving forwards comfortably after a tricky first set

Oh what a shame. Jay Clarke-you were the weakest link-goodbye.

I hope that Jay has learned some tennis lessons and some life lessons from the last few days.

A poor choice on many levels . I never relish a Brit losing but this one didn't hurt too much.

Mens singles on Court 18 gone to 5th set and its been a long one so far. Suspect no chance of getting Heathers mixed on that court, hopefully there are options to move it?

No. I think your point was dead on. For someone who'd basically only played itfs all year, Evan was very lucky to get so many wildcards this grass court season.

(And he really shanked his quali draw match. But to be fair, he was very honest in the interview).

So, as you say, great that he's got some comeback for them.

And to Eden to, of course.

Court 2's schedule is done and dusted?

Looks like Neal has been moved to Court 14 instead...

Hev & Henri on Court 3.  Rog's match finsihed in straight sets, so Centre now free.  Cue the arrival of Andy & Serena?  With the roof closed, the match could be finished this evening.

"With the roof closed, the match could be finished this evening."

It'll be some match if it lasts four hours !
