Been taking a look at the Grass Court form and felt it worth noting the 6 guys in the mens singles who have performed well on grass this season so far and done it on more than one occasion ie proving that they have to consistency of form and technique to be worth watching at Wimbledon.
Be interesting to see where these 6 take it this next fortnight:
Matteo Berrettini - won Stuttgart and Semis at Halle.
Felix Auger-Aliassime - RU Stuttgart and semis at Queens
Dan Evans - won Surbiton and Nottingham Challenger events
Jordan Thompson - RU Den Bosch and Semis Antalya
Milos Raonic - semis Stuttgart, quarters Queens
The final one would have been Borna Coric , and he is someone I would have rated to go far at Wimbledon, he reached semis in Den Bosch and quarters in Halle. Sadly not to be this year.
Still have high hopes for Tsitsipas but would be great to see one of the above maintain their form!

The Times has a "Brit watch" feature in its Wimbledon pull-out supplement today which marks all the British players out of five according to five factors: Grand Slam pedigree, Colourful history, inviting draw, form & good on grass? Dan comes out top with 16/25 (four each for colourful history & good on grass), followed by Kyle with 14/25, Paul with 11/25 (he rates a five for colourful history!), Cam & Dino with 9/25 & Jay bringing up the rear with 8/25. For the record, Johanna comes top of the shop with 17/25 (four each for Grand Slam pedigree, inviting draw & good on grass).
According to Tennis Abstract, only Dan and Kyle are likely to win first round, with Kyle then slightly underdog to Verdasco and Dan anticipated to make 3rd round
Not surprised by Sascha losing to Vesely, Vesely has always been pretty good on grass; Tsitsipas is also struggling versus Fabbiano, hope my top tip doesnt crash round one otherwise all my forecasts rest on Dutch doubles players!
