Thoroughly frustrated. Joys of summer, eh? I will get a full refund for my ticket today (I highly doubt any matches will be taking place) but it's not really the point

 Really feel for you.....cry

There's nothing worse than sitting around all day, in the damp, constantly looking at the skies, just waiting for grass court tennis,....

So sorry it was such a downer...

That's such a shame after you have travelled to watch. I see they have now announced the cancellation and full refunds.

Todays cancellation might work in Dans favour. Extra days rest might help him having gone all the way the last two weeks.

I thought the same. However, weather is set to be worse tomorrow than today and likely will need to double up (a number of players are also playing doubles - incl Dan, Stan and Delpo)

My forecast looks a fair bit better for tomorrow - although, of course, grass is so 'fragile', you only need a bit of damp and there's nothing for the next hour....

Andrew Castle has been on for 2 minutes. Gems so far include:

Auger-Aliassime won his first title on the grass last week

Evans was banned from playing or practising for a year!

The guy is clueless

Me being slow, probably, but What's the problem with Dan?
I was shocked to realise he'd been banned from practicing on any LTA affiliated court or club.

Add: I'm sure no one thought he'd been banned from touching a racket

That was a really nasty looking fall, for Dan, completely twisted his left knee. But seems quite fine now.
And then Stan slips too.....

Courts still v lush, no prolonged period to dry out and no real play on them. Sadly it is often a feature of Queens in the early part of the week, really until the weekend. Delpo had a few slips earlier against Shapo

So a brief rain delay - without the covers on.

Is it a good match? Bet it is...yours, somewhere in London without a tv.

It may not help, but it is live on the BBC website, too.

Need to save phone battery I'm afraid but thanks as I didn't know that! It's raining in central London atm.

No further play before 4:40pm - so you aren't missing anything
