There is a Category 1 under 14 event in Palermo, Italy featuring a number of our top under 14s plus 11 year old Hephzibah Oluwadare, given a wildcard. Hephzibah acquitted herself well, winning a couple of matches, but losing out to the 4th seed today. Reaching the quarter-finals we have Luca Pow, yet to be troubled, Eva Shaw and Ranah Akua Stoiber. The girls take on the top two seeds next, both Russian

In Palermo a first test for Luca but he wins through in 3. Ranua thumped the second seed 3 & 0 - just Eva left to play, to try and join them in the semis

Luca is a winner in Palermo, and though Ranah missed out in singles she did claim the doubles title with Eva
