Could have been a lot worse - figures are as accurate as I can find at the moment.

Where on the WTA website can I discover the make-up of the players' points, i.e. how many counting from each event and when they come off?  I do miss Steven's lists.

 WTA website is rubbish for that sort of information. Try Open Era Rankings (OEA). you can get a full breakdown of points by hovering your mouse over the points total. Mobile version works well too.

 Yes, OER is by far the best. You can work out whatever you want to know from it, including being able to look ahead. 

Will try to update the tables end-Feb. Even when web-sites are "working" properly it's still hard work.
