Jodie has put herself in a great position to get into US Open qualifying - she now has the same number of points as last year's last in did. If she can defend the 14 grass season points and add a few more that should be enough. A Wimbledon mdwc would help no end to that target.

Her progress up the rankings will start to slow now as she starts to defend points and only have one 1pt counter remaining. Up until now she's been playing with nothing to defend.

Adding in points collected this last week Jodie on 180 points will so far be climbing to maybe the 160s in the race in the next 10/06 update. Provisionally up to GB race #4, not far off the joint #2 on points.

Points so far towards the 10/06 race positions:
