Josh Paris won the first set 6-4.

But there was a long MTO at 0-1 down in the second.

Presumably for him because he carried on but didn't win another game, losing the second 0-6 and then retiring at 0-2 down in the third.

Such a shame....

Don't know where that leaves him and Alex for the dubs later.

(NB I think there was also an MTO at the end of Aidan's match)

Unfortunately they couldn't really take advantage of the ALT card but at least they had a shot:
