Out all day so only able to see Jo's result in the last hour. Absolutely fantastic. Never saw any of this coming as recently as the 1st round in Rabat. There has been some discussion about what Jo had to do to get seeded in the Grand Slams again. I thought on clay courts this might prove mission impossible. Bertens and Sakkari seem to be the top performing players on clay this year. However whatever happens against Bertens ,Jo has far exceeded expectations on clay courts this year.
If anyone's watching the match, is the pundit Dutch because she's really only talking about Bertens? When Jo broke in the second set and then took the second set she didn't say a single word. Odd.
Anyway, well done Jo again to get back into the match. Interesting stat, that Jo has a 9-2 win record this year in three set matches.

I'm watching on BT and that's Annabel Croft, but I'd imagine the person you'll be referring to will be Sophie Amiach who's French.
