Right on cue, Bublik retires.

Nice break for Liam. Will be fresher of the two for tomorrow as well. Back to the top 300 for Liam as well!

Cannot take these results seriously. This is really futures level players that Ward and Broady have been playing. Or whatever the correct slander is for players ranked 200-400, as futures do not exist anymore.

Pleased for Liam but gutted for Wardy. Oh how close we were to that all GB final.

Yes, do try and slander more accurately . I believe top 200 players are generally challenger players.

Anyway well done Liam. These earlier wins put him in the position to maybe benefit today. Got to be in it to win it.

Pity re James. Sounds initially very unlucky in the final set TB. But poor matchplay if the net cord very much effected him with still MPs. No doubt pretty mad with himself.

Liam has sneaked back into the Top 300 in the live rankings and a final win would see him jump another 25 places or so.

Iiam has a losing record versus blaz the blaze but beat him last time they played. But rola must be favourite to roll him over, although tennis abstract rate it 56-44 , so close.

If Liam wins that would be a fine riposte and follow up to Jay last week.

Great week for Liam. I do hope it's not a flash in the pan.

Good luck in the final

No breaks of serve in the final so far and just one BP each. Now at the business end of the first set.

*4-5

Reaching that business end stage didn't go well for Liam.

Now 4-6 3-3*

A break of serve each in the second set.
