I got the impression in his last junior year or so that he was finding it tough after previously looking on a better trajectory and looked to be playing here there and everywhere to find something / make an impression.
And now 20, the transition into seniors has still seen him needing to fight for anything. But I have had the impression of a real trier who very much wants it.
Interesting then that I just looked at his Twitter which has the words : "Ever tried Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better".
