Interesting that there is a stream available for one of the men's FQR matches, so that might bode well for the women's FQR or the main draw, although saying that, I'm pretty sure in some events the men have had streams and not the women's, so we'll have to see.
But yes, some very promising and 'bonus' results thus far, just hope at least one of Holly or A Pitak come through so then at least someone is going to get a point and a place in the main draw. A Q1 win for K Pitak and E Morton will boost their stock, opinion on here and the LTA and should give them confidence, but they'll ultimately get no actual credit in terms of points unless they fellow it up with another win.
A Pitak had 3-2 40-15*, but Noel has won 8 points on the trot to hold and break so is now in a commanding position 3-4*. Could still be twists and turns, but the Frenchwomen looks on her way.
I know they don't have to have it out and can delay, but GB always same to be the last to get their draws out. Obidos on the same time zone has been out a bit and the Calvi draw where Katie Swan is in has been out for about 2 hours (obviously they are an hour ahead, but would have been out long since if they were on the same time).
Want to see who has withdrawn and if we get a decent set of fixtures like last week.
A Pitak out 4-6 4-6. That's 4 wins from 4 against GB these past 7 days for Noel and she'll be a favourite to make that 5 from 5 and make the main draw again.
