Only EWS in qualifying this week - and she has just one match to get through and to earn at least one point. That means both Eden and Beth have made the MD. Unfortunately she plays a useful junior player, and she doesn't fare so well these days against such players
QR1: Emily WEBLEY-SMITH (GBR) [q3] 517 vs BYE
FQR: Emily WEBLEY-SMITH (GBR) [q3] 517 vs Ekaterina SHALIMOVA (RUS) [q9] 760 (CH:754 Dec 18) 18yrs (JCH:136 June 17)
In the doubles, Eden is taking a rest this week, so Beth is now playing with Katy D and they are the top seeds.
EWS and Sofia Shapatava, beaten finalists last week, are 3rd seeds again, and unfortunately also in the top half of the draw.
And interestingly (although not great from SBGs POV), if both Eden and SBG got past their qualifiers, they'd be playing Bucsa and Galfi respectively again.

Eden won't be as she has withdrawn. Must have been yesterday, as I think she's been replaced by Spiteri who I think was top seed in qualifying.
Katy started off in complete control, winning the 1st set 6-1, but lost 4 games in a row from 2-2 in the 2nd to get taken to a decider, in which she got broken, broke back, then got broken again, Serving at *3-5, she is now facing her 4th match point.

Spiteri was two above Em in the acceptance list, so I think you are right. Eden must have withdrawn after both draws had been made. I see the #7 seed was in the #1 spot in the Q draw.
