World Mixed Doubles Rankings

Dodig and Cham keep their top rankings. But Next time out, in Paris, they lose their 2019 French points and, thus, Jamie becomes the live number one going into that event.

Looking at who is left in the mixed and with Dodigs big points loss from French 2019 and despite Jamies early loss here, Jamie will in fact top this ranking list at the end of the French. Come Wimbledon it could all change again for the final of these ranking lists.

Ill post the French Open updated lists after the final.

and the mens list - Jamie is now the leader of the mixed doubles pack, which seems strange but is due to accrued points and Dodig dropping his 2019 French win. Jamie comes into 4th place with the title and Neal and Evan lurk further down the list. Dodig loses more points from Wimbledon 2091 in a few weeks and so cant take top as none of Jamies, Joe or Rajeev lose any points at all. So top spot will be all to play for between those 3 most likely.

Mens
1 J. Murray 16
2 R. Ram 14
I. Dodig 14
4 J. Salisbury 13
5 N. Mektic 10
6 W. Koolhof 7
7 A. Karatsev 6
M. Ebden 6
M. Venus 6
R. Lindstedt 6
11 H. Kontinen 4
12 J. Cabal 3
M. Polmans 3
J.P. Smith 3
M. Middelkoop 3
16 N. Skupski 2
M. Pavic 2
18 F. Polasek 1
R. Farah 1
M. Purcell 1
S. Gille 1
J. Vliegen 1
L. Kubot 1

the list above included wimbledon 2019 - if we strip that out as a sort of live ranking version, this is the list as we go into wimbledon - mens only as that is where the british interest lies.

jamie is thus live top ranked mixed player, joe in 3rd. anyone on more than 6 points can take top spot - 10 points for a win. so it is realistically between the top 4 players, 2 of which are brits, for top spot post wimbledon

Mens
1 J. Murray 16
2 R. Ram 14
3 J. Salisbury 13
4 N. Mektic 10
5 A. Karatsev 6
M. Ebden 6
M. Venus 6
8 W. Koolhof 4
H. Kontinen 4
I. Dodig 4
11 J. Cabal 3
M. Polmans 3
J.P. Smith 3
14 N. Skupski 2
M. Pavic 2
16 F. Polasek 1
R. Farah 1
M. Purcell 1
S. Gille 1
J. Vliegen 1
L. Kubot 1
R. Bopanna 1
F. Martin 1

with Jamie not entered, Joe and Rajeev and Aslan could take the top spot off him. I was hoping a British player may get to the top of the tree for this last one, so it is down to Joe or to the others not performing to plan

in my last one of these mixed rankings, the good news for Brits is that the top spot is guaranteed to either Jamie or Joe, in the mens. All the other main contenders for top spot have fallen. Joe has gained a point for his QF round with Harriet; a semi will take him equal with Jamie (but take spot on my countback which rewards the player scoring in most events, which would be Joe).

So, if Joe wins his QF with Harriet he is world number one mixed mens , if not, it is Jamie.

Neal will go top 10 with another win

In the womens it is down to Krejcikova or Krawczyk. Krejcikova is out and Krawczyk needs to win to come top. Harriet and Naomi could both get into the top 10 if they reach the final (well not both, one of them!)

And Joes win means he will go top of the rankings with Jamie second. We lead the world in something , yay!!

Joe and Jamie will be top of these rankings, Neal also gone top ten and could go higher. Harriet also gone top 10 womens. Good way to end!
