GB seems to benefit every year from either MDWC or QWCs at Miami. Watson has got a few in the past and pretty sure Robson has as well.

I had that impression as well, but haven't looked. I have just seen the full MDWC and QWC list for the first time, and Jay is our only WC.

Yeah, it's generally only 1 of some sort a year, sometimes more:

2010 - Watson MDWC (can't find qual info)

2011 - same as 2010

2012 - Watson MDWC, Naomi, Evans QWC

2013 - Nothing

2014 - Watson, Edmund MDWC

2015 - Edmund MDWC

2016 - Watson, Robson MDWC, Katie S QWC

2017 - Katie S QWC

2018 - Katie B QWC

Looks like this will be the first time Hev won't be in the main draw for some time as pretty much whenever she hasn't had a MDWC, she has got in directly - they must have given up on her now.

All 3 are in what purports to be a qualifying entry list recently posted in the tennisforum Miami entry list thread. Katie is 6th on the list.
