I sincerely hope it's nothing serious.

Shame. Had big hopes for Jay in 2019. Maybe it's just going to take some time.

Definitely thought he'd be pushing towards the top 150 by now and getting towards the top 100. Maybe i'm just being impatient.

Though after Jay won the Binghamton Challenger in July and was up to the 170s in the rankings he did apparently for much of the rest of 2018 have illness issues which he was latterly to say left him really short of energy at times and impacting on his tennis.

Hopefully he is over that now and this latest score and retirement are unconnected ( and not serious). I had thought he had started 2019 reasonably encouragingly considering these 2018 issues.

Enjoyed watching a little of that.

Scott and Adil scraped the second set 11-9.

And then got the MTB 10-8 biggrin
