Funny to see Jan and Jay in the last two tournies together. I guess I wouldn't have noticed before.
I was wondering has Jan's base/scheduling changed since becoming a Brit? I must admit to knowing very little about him, he only peaked my interest when he beat Jay who I do follow.
Up 11 places in the live ranks with those 5 points, although a lot behind him still have their L64 matches to come, but just shows how congested it down in those places. Not sure if RG have a 96 or 128 Q draw for the men, but if the latter, it would be nice if he could get inside that top 250 as he seems to like clay and if he does, that should probably result in a MDWC at SW19.

All the mens slams are 128 qualifying draws, so somewhere around 235 would be an initial cut off if everyone enters, but 250 would usually be good enough.
Wimbledon and a MDWC would be very interesting, in terms of seeing where they went with that. I would support it but many might not!
Janvier must have been v close to being seeded, if Pavlasek is ranked 223 and is 15th seed and Janvier is WR222. Both could be tough games for the Brits I fear.
