All speculation.
The Copper Box was last year's option and is booked at present.

Confirmed as the Copper Box, tickets seem well priced.

Confirmed for the Copper Box. One of my mates lives a milevwway so may look to get down. Tickets on sale next week and a 5,800 capacity apparently.

They could sell those seats three times over, especially at those prices. Bet they sell out in a matter of hours, if not minutes.

Priority sale opened this morning for LTA members. I went to have a look, and couldn't get through as their server was overloaded. Best of luck if you want tickets !

As good as a place as any to post this:

Russell Fuller
@russellcfuller

Fed Cup gets the Davis Cup treatment.
The ITF hopes 12 teams will contest a week long finals next April - venues currently being sought.

Was probably going to happen, see they're talking about east coast, Europe or middle East venues.

One reply to Fuller's tweet might find a few nods of agreement :

"People in tennis making a good job at making fans not care any more."

And let's say the comments generally are less than supportive.

But we shall fight them and still try to care!!  Well, the care bit anyway ...

Absolutely dreadful news.

Those WG 1 play-offs this year are going to be very meaningful...

To be fair I think it's only most of the players and fans that are against much of what's going on. Bit incidental.

What happens if we lose to Kazakhstan?

If they're going to make it the same format as the Davis Cup, who cares?

It's basically a mini me of the new dc format, 12 instead of 18 teams, and 8 Qualies instead of 12. Thankfully no wild cards.

We need king canute I feel.
