Shame that Cam lost but there is a lovely story going round about Pedro Cachin.

Seemingly there was a video posted about a group of kids playing tennis, of sorts, in the Dem Rep of Congo, on some clay tennis courts.
And it showed them trying to re-string their rackets themselves, with only bits of wood to keep the tension.

And so Pedro Cachin and his mate, Xavier Colomina, sent them over a racket-stringing machine.

And now there's a 'thank you' picture of very happy kids.

(And a few disgruntled posts about where is the ITF's development fund etc in all this......)

Ah, I've just seen some posts about this here Heartwarming

Cachin is 23 with career earnings of just $170k and a CH 166. Be happy for him if both receive upward rises.

Cachin won his next round as well, admittedly helped by a ret by Carreno Busta who was leading.

For those still following Aljaz he had a very good day yesterday, beating top seed Fognini for the first time in 9 encounters. He will play Cuevas in the QF today,

Aljaz Bedene WR 65 bt Fabio Fognini WR 15 6-1 6-4

The vast majority of people on this forum did not even follow Traitedene even when he was British.

With Alex Ward about to drop out of the top ten we could certainly use him smile

Pretty sure you do not reflect the vast majority of views on this board but even so, if you are not interested in Aljaz why comment?  Desperately trying to maintain your edgy image?
