No, only ITF points. ATP only available at the end of M25 events.

Do the remaining small 25K ATP points get wiped at the end of this year like happened for all the other future points at the end of 2018 or are they at least kept until a year of being added?

Without these we would currently have just 12 ATP ranked players, one of whom is the retired Alex Ward. Indeed another being the possibly retiring Andy.
