But what about Dubai qualifying? Is she and Katie in that? I think last time it was a P5 it started on the Friday.
Yeah, could be possible. I've not seen a Q list, but the main draw is very strong as you'd expect from a P5, like 56 or something. I'd be surprised if Dart's ranking got her into qualifying, but you never know, plus Eden did get that random QWC into the Dubai Premier last year.
I do know that Katie B is in the quals for Acapulco the week after and while I certainly don't expect her to still be competing in Dubai on the Friday or Saturday (if she is in quals), I'm not sure how her participation in that event affects her being down for Acapulco quals?
Katy Dunne has withdrawn. Perhaps not a surprise after yesterday's retirement.
I saw that, but noticed it said 5th Feb on the sheet, so not sure if that was a mistake or she actually did withdraw then as she knew she'd probably not be up to it and then played yesterday to see how she got on?
Actually may have been Glasgow I was looking at which was an automatic withdrawal on the 5th.

Just 3 MDWCs? Wonder how that's worked out because there seems to have been a mix of 3 and 4 at the previous women's 60k events this year. Surely you'd take 4 if you could, even if one was effectively a walking bye, and Jodie would seem a prime candidate to get one anyway.
Apart from Jodie getting a QWC instead of MDWC, you can't really argue with that, although does seem a waste of one if that's final as Eden could have had a QWC after doing well this week. Did Emma withdraw from this event?
Seems Emma did withdraw from this one, but is still down for Glasgow so we should hopefully see her then.
Obviously our depth isn't too strong at the moment for realistic candidates to get a MDWC, but qualifying could have been better for Naomi to try and get a few wins together and with her already in quals, would have saved some form of WC, but then again it looks like they didn't take up their full allocation anyway.
There may well be another MDWC that they haven't announced yet - the rules allow for 4+4. Eden is the highest Brit on the alt list, and I thought she'd get one.
Emma withdrew on Monday.
Ah right, and yes, probably would have made sense for Katy having the 4th reserved until she withdraw. I did notice Launceston where Gabi lost to PBG the other week only used 3 WCs. Mind, they did end up with 14/32 Aussies in the main draw so that omission won't have been felt as much, unlike GB who's home representation is largely dependent on MDWCs.
Jodie boosted to main draw and Eden getting 4th QWC would make most sense if that's allowed.
The qual draw isn't out yet, but Jodie, Laura, Vicky Allen, Eden and Emily are all in the quals, so looks like Freya may have been boosted (unless withdrawn).
Well Eden is in with a QWC - and Jodie is there but without a QWC against her ? She was only 14th alt on the acceptance, so I suppose enough might not have turned up ?
The Q draw is out now by the way. Jodie got in to quals naturally so saved a WC there (for her personal quota and for GB interest) which is good. Eden and Emily were given QWC's. Looks a mixed bag of opponents. All are against seeds though as expected.
