Fantastic result and performance from Jay. I havent seen too many of his matches but I think that was by far one of the best I have seen from him. By the end his play had totally knocked the stuffing out of Basic.

Brilliant stuff - well done!!

So pleased for Jay. Let's hope it means that he's got over his illness and he's back on track. I'd so like to him make it with all the effort he and his family put in and the fact he's not one of the LTA's anointed ones. He's getting a few top hundred wins now so he can obviously live with that level of tennis. Let's hope he can reach top hundred himself this year.
