For the sake of completeness:

SF:  (3) Barbora Krejcikova & Rajeev Ram (CZE/USA) CR 23 (1+22) defeated María José Martínez (ESP) & Neal Skupski CR 51 (19+32) by 0 & 4  cry

Well Rajeev Ram may have managed to tank his doubles match with Joe, but he has still won a title here this week! I think Joe will be viewing this with mixed feelings...

I find some of these posts pretty unfavourable to Ram.

Yup, he's a great player, excellent partner for Joe.

Maybe a bit unfair, at 5-4 up in the TB with two points to win the match it was his two DFs that lost him and Joe their round 16 match, with Rajeev also broken the final set. Yes, one of those things, but hope his experience is more helpful in their partnership going forward.

Great pity that Ram's double double fault lost then that match ( or rather largely led to them losing it, the points still having to be won unless he served two unreturnables ).

But after much swapping around I would be far from unhappy for Joe to have a settled partnership with Ram for a time.
