According to AP news and ESPN and others, they've arrested four:

"They named the players as Jules Okala, 21; Mick Lescure, 25; Yannick Thivant, 31; and Jerome Inzerillo, 28"

A great shame about the loss but Artem is a 1999 born player junior ITF (CH) 14, he turns 20 in the next couple of weeks so Anton not far behind.
