Were you watching SC - curious to know why it wasn't closer

No.  I was going purely by the scoreline & a stat I saw on the Bet365 live scoreboard early in the second set which said that Jamie & Bruno had had only two break points & converted neither of them, which is why I said that it LOOKED like a half-hearted effort.

Khachanov beat Isner in the 3rd round of the singles 6/4 6/7(9) 7/6(8)

I wonder what this means for the doubles.

Theyve been seeing each other for best part of a year now. Jack will be the envy of many on the circuit. Think Katie used to court Tommy Paul in the past as well didnt she?

He has to beat Thiem to keep his place in the top 100.  That's a pretty amazing fall from grace in a year.

wow, yes it is. So he could lose today and drop out of top 100, or maybe at other extreme do a repeat win, which would be dramatic , of the event. Never does anything by halves

Isner looks as stiff as a board, which is saying something.

Neal saved 3 match points on his serve with a mixture of good serving and a great volley.

Now in a MTB!!
