Produced from https://coric.top/en/profile/atp - use the filters

The web page data cuts and pastes easily - leave the headings alone

Chris Lewis DOB is 19/03/1957 a Kiwi from Auckland. - Junior wimbly 1975.

Christopher "Buster" Mottram is, as far as I know, correct.

Not my problem - 3rd party data.

I did wonder Re Chris Lewis, he was also Wimbledon runner up in 1983 to mcenroe, and new Zealand did play a home Davis cup tie in 1983 versus Sweden at Eastbourne, it was played the week after Wimbledon and they decided it was too far for everyone to travel, so played on grass in England

I should also add Chris Lewis of new Zealand reached 19 in the world. There was a Chris Lewis from Wales who played itf events and reached mid 500 rank. I don't think there was any other higher ranked Brit.

Jonathan Smith was most famous as Andrew jarrett partner in doubles. Jarrett reached 140 in the world.
