Poor Billy had at least one MP in the third-set TB (don't know about prior to that) but ended up losing it 7-6(7)

L32:  (8) Shuichi Sekiguchi (JPN) WR 667 (CH = 259 in May 2014) beat Billy Harris WR 673 (CH = 609 at the start of this month)  7-6(3) 4-6 7-6(7)

Checking the ITF 'momentum', Billy had 5 MPs in all and his opponent took his first MP.

Billy came back from 2-4* in the final set to lead *5-4 and then had *40-15 and advantage in the next game. He then had 6-5* and *7-6 in the TB.

Yep Billy did a "Beth Grey" and served for the match only to lose it.
