Yes, meaning if you are still entered in at least two tournaments and on the same list ( MD or Q ) for each you will be automatically withdrawn from your indicated lower priority.
If on the MD list and not on the other(s) or qualifying list and just on alternates list on the others(s) I understand that though will be the first decider as to where you are left in.
Still just on alts lists(s), you will be left on them all.
Best to keep on top of your entries or you could find yourself automatically only left in somewhere you originally put down just as an afterthought.
Yes rather like Maia being left in the MD for the 25k in Nantes this week, listed as her 3rd priority, rather than being left near the top of the Q list the the Wirral, which I imagine was initially her top priority. Thanks for the explanation!
Here is the Paris doubles list: Jamie entered and also Dom is in this with Skugor. Again, no Mike Bryan and Jack Sock, presumably they will come together for WTF at O2 though.
Is Paris a 24 draw field for doubles? Presumably we may see Joe sneak in the bottom if he can get a decently ranked partner to pair with?
That promotes Beth into the Q3 position, and Sam into Q5. With 17 on the main draw entry list, there is a good chance now of one if not both of them getting DA. Also the top 5 on the alt list are all British, so likely to get in to qualifying at least. But as it stands the GB entries are are MD-0/17, Q-7/25 and alts 30/44
Just checked. There are no SE's available for Wirral. Beth is in. Sam is one out, but I expect her to get in.
Wildcards should be for Holly Staff, Emma Raducanu and 2 of the GB girls who still can get wildcards by ranking. Unless Laura Robson is fit enough to request a wildcard.
Never know where the GB national rankings come from but notice a series of tied groups - eg the Wirral list has #6s, #45s and #133s.
Since in many cases we don't have national rankings that separate players, I take it that the tied players go onto the entry lists in random order when a GB ball is picked or rather the computer selects each GB player?
The GB National Rankings are produced by the LTA - see this page for further info https://www.lta.org.uk/play-compete/competing/player-ratings-rankings/british-tennis-rankings/
The current table is https://www.lta.org.uk/globalassets/competitions/british-tennis-rankings/gbr-itf-national-rankings-women---october-2018.pdf
You will see that there are in fact only a handful of actual rankings, with many tied players. There are five at 1, thirty-five at 6 etc How the ITF puts them into order on the entry list isn't totally clear, but I think it is a random draw between those of the same ranking.

Entered players without an approved Singles Computer Ranking but with a current top 500 National Ranking will be drawn at the ITF Office at the Entry Deadline.
These players will be sorted into groups of the same nationalities and ranked within those groups. Ties between players within those groups will be randomly drawn.
Each country represented will be allocated the same number of draw chips as the number of players from that country. Each time a chip is drawn the highest ranked player from the country represented by that chip shall be selected.
Thereafter, all remaining entered players who are unranked and have no National Ranking shall be randomly drawn for a position on the Qualifying/Alternate List.
