I sense Jack would be well up for a crack at Lloyd

Well, it's on the cards now as Jack cruises home, 6-2 6-2

The great thing about Jack's progress is that he cruises into the QF and probably noone is surprised and it's just bring on Lloyd.

Very interested to see who comes out on top here. I think the winner of the tournament will come from that match.

Young Jack or Catapult du Toit in the QF.

Lloyd and Mansouri (who played each other in the singles but were also playing together in the doubles) have just conceded their dubs match by w/o

QF:  (2) Danylo Kalenichenko & Diego Matos (UKR/BRA) CR 797 (438+359) "defeated" Lloyd Glasspool & Skander Mansouri (TUN) UNR (0+1188) by a walkover

Lloyd keeping his powder dry for the singles encounter with Jack?

Should be an interesting one, I imagine that Lloyd will be keen to put the young up and comer in his place.

I'd expect Lloyd to win fairly comfortable, but you never know. Someone will get nice points from a 25k+ event

On current rankings, particularly with Jack's second title points added in :

QF: (3) Lloyd Glasspool WR 495 vs (8) Jack Draper WR 618

Lloyd seems to be in a bit better form again of late but if Jack can play to his own recent form I would expect a pretty competitive match.

Jack is in good form and it would be no shock if he beat Lloyd Glasspool who I saw in Glasgow. Lloyd seems a nice guy but has nothing to trouble the top guys can never seeing him reaching top 200. However I am excited about Draper and I like his attitude too.

Ah pity about the ending. Hope not too serious for Lloyd.

That's though Jack's 13th successive win. 10 points so far takes him up to 53 points on Monday week, around WR 570, with a further 10 points to be contested for in the SF.
