Well, Mr. Lock has failed the test of Official Mr Nice Guy:

L32: (WC) Mukhtar Andu UNR (age 14) lost to (2) Benjamin Lock (ZIM) WR 451 1-6 1-6

The young Irish player with the African name, Adebola Obesoto, mentioned above, also lost 1-6 2-6

However, young Jack Draper has just about managed to win the first set 7-5.

And there's a victory for Lloyd in the all-Brit encounter:

L32: (3) Lloyd Glasspool WR 473 def. Isaac Stoute WR 869 6-1 6-2

He appears on the entry list for next week in Qualifying. Assuming he doesnt get another WC. Will be interesting to see how he does against someone who isnt in the top 500.

Having watched Klegou play Ali Gray and Josh Rose in Palma del Rio last year, I hope Darryl has got some earplugs with him - and I am not talking about grunting when hitting the ball.

Mr Klegou wasn't much better against Josh Rose on the previous day either.
