Ola gets a good win here in the end, though after leading the second set 4-1 she got home by winning return games rather than her own serve. This is her second counter, but since the other will come off early next month, this is the only one she has so far that will carry through to next year.
R32: Aleksandra PITAK (GBR) UNR 17yrs beat Maria Vittoria VIVIANI (ITA) 19yrs UNR (JCH:79 Jan 17) 6-3 6-4
Fortunately, in the transition tour, you get 1 ranking point for reaching the FQR and 2 for qualifying. So she will have at least 1 additional counter for the transition tour rankings going into next year from qualifying in Batumi.
Kasia had the easiest draw of the three, as shown by her having just waltzed to a double bagel win in 50 mins. This gives her a second counter this year, and in terms of the transition tour, as RS notes, she will also score points for qualifying in Batumi.
Ola's next opponent has just made heavy weather of beating an unranked 17 yr old, taking 3 sets to get there.

Emelie must have loads - she took forever to get the third counter.

https://live-tennis.eu/en/itf-men-live-ranking also has them - but I don't have too much faith in the accuracy of that site.
I think that site is still using the ranking system in the original announcement in February which was best 10 counters. The rankings changed to best 14 counters in the update in June.
There was a toilet break at the end of the first set, which was presumably Emilie going off court. It's done her the world of good winning the first 3 games of the second set to love. Emilie 3-0*
