 Ah yes, I hadn't seen the MD yet and hadn't realised/ remembered she would only get another 10 points for the round 1 win, because it is a R64 draw. It seems strange that she gets 20 points for a QR1 win, but will only get another 20 points added for two more wins, including in the MD!

A Premier Mandatory 64 player draw R1 win earns 65 points ( 10 points is for initial MD competitors losing in R1 ).

Katie's current 16th counter is 5 points so she has so far added 15 net points for a 586 total. Qualification plus a MD R1 win would put her on :

571 + 30 + 65 - 5 = 661 points.

Much better      Go, Katie ! ( and Heather ! )

And indeed that makes much more sense! wink So just two wins Katie needs for a top 100 ranking! biggrin

Off topic, but is anyone else getting a big red exclamation mark and 'Not secure' 'your connection is not private' when logging on here on a computer? Only website saying that and it's fine on my phone.

 All the picture/emoticons have gone.  Also the going through, not secure add exemption this is Firefox.

yeah firefox quantum latest release v62.0.2 messe it up

it saying forum is now https but its not in the certificate so blocks elements

Great win for Katie. Heather has started but is *0-5 in the first set vs Diyas. There will be at least 2 LLs but not being seeded and Tomljanovic and at least 2 other seeds going out in the FQR, I doubt she would get one if she didn't turn this around.

I'm not sure how LLs work as they seem to differ by event, but of the 8 FQR matches, 6 seeds have crashed out with Poots still to play, Hev is currently the only unseeded player to lose so I doubt she will sneak in.
