Yes, wonderful that Finn has tried a year of pro, experienced what it's like at his age, and still been in a position to take up a good offer for college tennis.
ITA mens All-American Championships kicks off next weekend with the prequalies - so many Brits in both the prequalies and qualies. Paul Jubb and Azwin Linzen are in the main draw.
Thanks for that EP, Ricki Hernandez Tong (UNM) and Ali Gray (TCU) also in the draw. Hopefully Ali is fit. Some good players in there Borges, Holt, Geller, Crawford and Keegan Smith to name a few, I wouldnt be at all suprised to see them on the ATP tour in time. They are probably on the futures/challenger cusp at present so a good early test for Paul and Ali who are probably our best bets at making that step.
Day 1 ITA Men's All American Championships (pre-qualies)
Tad Maclean and Joe Tyler progress to day 2 of the pre-qualies main draw
Brits falling on day 1 are James Davies, Ben Draper, Max Stewart, Jake Williams, James Wilkinson, Luke Hammond, George Hedley, Christopher Edge, Emile Hudd, Tom T-Jones, Dominic West and Will Davies
With the number of Brits in the tournament its no surprise that George Hedley and Luke Hammond (- draw changed, no longer playing each other) , Emile Hudd and Tom T-Jones will meet in the pre-qualies consolation today. Emile Hudd/ Tom T-J 6-3, 6-4
Womens ITA All American Championships are taking place in Malibu California

None of the Brits made it through the pre-qualies. Charles Broom has move up into the main draw.
Brits in the qualies today: Vincent Gillespie, Matt Summer, Joshua Goodger, Nick Brookes, Zeke Clark, Barnaby Smith, Tom Hands, Jack Molloy, Daniel Siddal, Ewan Moore - apologies if I've missed anyone out or anglicised/scotched anyone. Convinced Tristian Smith should be a Brit :0)
live streaming and scores available - follow tournament link through Tulsa men's tennis schedule page (StreamingTennis.com)
Brits making it through to day 2 of the qualies are Vincent G, Zeke C, Barnaby S, Josh G, Jack M, Ewan M and freshman Dan Siddal

I don't usually look at the college pages but noticed this about Paul jubb and azwin linzen. I see linzen is ranked higher in college lists than jubb, but we all know of jubbs summer itf futures exploits. Is linzen really better than him and how come I've never heard of him ?! Good luck to them all anyway !
Azwin has been hidden away in a previously very strong programme at Virginia, both their no 1 and 2 you recognise from the challenger tour. JC Aragone and Thai-Son Kwiatkowski only last year did he get opportunity at the top of the order, his focus is on college Tennis and he has not played any futures on 2018. He had an outstanding Autumn term last year in college Tennis hence his high rank. Paul as a freshman has to work his way into the top slot at a weaker but emerging programme in a strong conference and his futures exploits count for nought in terms of college rank
Barnaby Smith was the only Brit to battle through the qualies and into the main draw where he will meet fellow Brit Charles Broom - so definitely a Brit going through to the next round.
Other Brits in the main draw are the previously discussed Aswin L, Alistair G and Paul J. Would answer Jons question (above) if Paul and Aswin met but they are in different halves of the draw . If Paul wins his first round he will meet the winner of Charlie and Barnabys match.....
7pm Charlie and Barnabys match live streaming on court 3. Have seen both of these players training, both very competitive. Barnaby was so positive and just wanted to help his training partners to become the best they could be! Barnaby has the advantage of coming through the qualies and getting used to the courts which are playing quick.... He has taken an early leads and is 3-0 up. Charlie wins the first set 6-4.
Pauls match on court 7. One set all vs Klinger
