It says there's an MTO in Jack's match - presumably for Adams who is 1-4 down.

He's played two three-setters in his first two matches this week. And got to the semis in the singles and final in the doubles last week. So that's a lot of tennis..... (he also seems to have withdrawn from the doubles, or - at least - his pair has, meaning it's quite likely that it's a problem Adams has)
