Top seeds, Sam & Dasha, have been taken to an MTB in their match, 6-3 4-6

Samantha carries the flag alone, she has the only MD win in the last fortnight.
She's looking to double our haul, and has promising start to that end, 4-0*

Sam's next opponent has just come out on top against the 7th seed in a match lasting 3 hrs 40 mins. I can't imagine she will be that fresh tomorrow.

Sam is the highest ranked player in doubles of the quartet by almost 400 places.

Interesting that in the SF Sam plays an unranked 22 yr old, who has never had a ranking before junior or senior, but beat Lou Brouleau, the 6th seed earlier (who put out Emilie Lindh in the first round).
