Jeez what a lot of navel-gazing. I've not seen any women forum members comment?

My weekly entry lists have men and then women lists.

That's because I look up where the men are playing first and then the women (mainly because I am a bit more interested in mens tennis if I'm honest)

Maybe though it's because I have been conditioned to think this way??

If one female on this forum thinks that I am being disrespectful to her species by doing this I will willingly swap them over.

I would say there is way more coverage of womans sport in recent years than ever before. For example Wales v England football live on BBC2 next week.

Almost every mainstream sports show has at least one female presenter/commentator. This is obviously a welcome progression (except when it's Claire Balding)

It will take time for some womens sports to build up the history and prestige of an event but it will happen and along with that will be more exposure and a levelling of prize money. But out of just about every sport I would say tennis is the least male dominated out there!!
