But clearly being expressed by some is a concern that short term rankings target / ambition is too much of an issue here as against game development.

Particularly when still pretty young and so far off her potential peak there surely should be much more time given over to development as opposed to points and literally seeming to be chasing points.

That looks maybe an unhelpful box tick exercise.
