Combined age 63 defeated combined age 35 (Kim, at 39, is older than Emily & Joanna combined). 3 CP went by
F: Appleton/Garland (GBR/TPE) [3] 1549 lost to Jung/Kim (KOR/KOR) 1908 7-6(5) 6-7(5) [12-14]

Emily's sixteenth doubles final of her career, and all of them have come within the last 12 months.
Her record in those finals now stands at 8-8

Let's hope that at least the second singles title is duly earned tomorrow.
