Hopefully Steven was right with that turning point but still a lot of work to be done. Even if she does tie it up we know what happened the other night after doing the same...
2 SPs... and taken. MUCH better - 4 games in a row now for KB and winning at least 13 of the last 16 points.
As I say, by no means done and dusted after the Kiick situation but hopefully she has all the momentum, experience and level to be able to see it out from here.
She has the 'advantage' of serving first in the decider as she did the other week so lets hope the youngster doesn't roll off 6 games in a row. It is though 5 games in a row for Boulter.
Katie holds to love and then breaks to 30 and things are looking a lot better now. *3-1 - hopefully a comfortable service game before the next sit down.
This from half an hour ago (I got a phone call and had to stop following it for a while)
- Boulter hitting with much more margin now, wins four games in a row to level the match at one set all. Fernandez will have to raise her level, didn't have to do much early on and it's catching up to her. #CoupeRogers - CD

GB on a shirt, Davis Cup still gleaming, 79 years of hurt, never stopped us dreaming ... 29/11/2015 that dream came true!
Leylah holds to 15 and then breaks after Katie DFs so now back on serve here - 5-4*. Katie had a MP there but couldn't convert, let's hope she doesn't regret that...
I am reliably informed that Katie leads GB women for victories in 2018 after losing the first set. She has 8 such wins from 21 matches where she has lost the first set.
So hope.
[...] She's going to turn this around. My relaible source didn't tell me this part.
What was all the fuss about #smug
Well done Katie. Winning ugly, still winning, etc.
