I think we all needed that win more than Jo did after the horrors of Landisville. Still, that's a great win and hopefully to be followed by another later. smile Is it Svitolina next?

 Svitolina, who won after Buzarnescu retired in the 3rd set after rolling or otherwise injuring her ankle (it did not look good, bit like BMS at Wimbledon last year). Defending champion as well.

 Initial reports suggest Buzarnescu's injury, mercifully, may be less serious than first thought.
