Alicia was back on serve at 5-5 but was broken to 40, so opponent is serving for the set at 5-6*

Jodie went from about 4-2 30-15* to *4-5 and pretty much 50/50 odds. Alicia on serve in the second after losing a tie break 2-1*

Didn't get any better for Jodie, losing 4 games straight and Sharma levels up at 1-1. 6-3 4-6.

Just to summarise those not unexpected but still disappointing results, especially for Jodie after promising much early on.

R16: Alicia BARNETT (GBR) 616 lost to Victoria RODRIGUEZ (MEX) [7] 299 (CH:216 Nov 15) 6-7(2) 3-6
R16: Jodie Anna BURRAGE (GBR) 463=CH lost to Astra SHARMA (AUS) [8] 323=CH 6-3 4-6 3-6

Lissey and Sam still have doubles to come, Lissey's about to start soon.

They were tough looking QFs though some hopes. I am afraid though that it is doubles double drat too
