Well I hadn't a clue either. Katie hasn't posted any relationship photos on her Instagram in more than three years, so she's keeping it all well hidden.
I'm not sure what prompted the tweet (if one or both Katie and Alex were asked in press or something) but if you look at the instagram comments...
Katie has reposted the picture above, with the caption "Not sure how you've put up with me this long Happy one year @alexdeminaur"
Kept that well-hidden for a long time then !
(Emojis are nearest substitutes for the ones she used)
If they've just had their first anniversary then they must have got together at Indian Wells where Katie played the 125k event the week before the main tournament was cancelled at the last minute (they would also have both been in Acapulco the week before), then were almost immediately separated by lockdown.

Katie finished 2021 as GB#4. Here's the breakdown of her 483 points.
Katie was one of only 2 players not to register a title amongst their counters, with her best placing being runner up in an ITF tournament in 2020 (Egypt) which contributed a measly 6 points. Although her points did not come from as many countries as Fran's, she did match her in having them come from 5 continents. Katie was one of three players to accrue points from the full set of tournament levels. 86% of her points came from 2021, placing her just being Beth and Emma in this metric. She also placed 3rd in terms of WR gains amongst the Top 10, again behind Beth and Emma.
