The itf livestreams have worked for me.

Yes, I couldn't get the itf livestream to load properly when I was trying to watch the final set, but then managed to get the videostream link that the addict always uses. But the quality of the picture was so poor I could barely see the ball, so I went back and reloaded the itf livestream again from scratch and the second/ third time it worked with a far clearer picture than the other stream was providing...

Was impressed by the variety of Katie's game, and some of the winners she hit. Her game has come on leaps and bounds these last months.

No you're not. I always get the message the connection was interrupted.

Just super stuff from Katie B of late.

She actually had a relatively slow start to the year with highlight wins being a couple over Taylor Townsend in February and March ( in Miami qualifying ). And while it was good to get Fed Cup experience it clearly rather altered her Australian itinerary plans.

But then from April on she has been increasingly on fire and in openerarankings at least has sneaked into the live top 100 in the race.

16/04 :
WR 196 on 277 points. Race 249 on 59 points.

Provisional live 02/07 with a possible 60 more points for winning the final :
WR 122 on 499 points, race 100 on 375 points ( live-tennis has her race 101 on 376 points ).

Tournaments from April on include :
25K title
60K title
100K QF
WTA Int. QF
100K+H final to play

Rankings out. Katie B is indeed WR 122. And she is actually race #99 on 376 points. That ranking over a whole year would be Slam MD entry.

Excellent stuff.

I'm hoping over the sumer USA hardcourt season Katie mixes things up between WTA events and bigger ITF events. I think that's where she's at at the mo. Totally forgot she was 1 win away from the US Open MD last year.

The fact she was close to USO MD last year implies that she's defending a lot of points in the US. Saying that, she's at a CH, so I'm assuming that once that kicks in she'll be able enter potentially higher point earning tournaments. She's got a decent R1 at Wimby, so again more points potentially.

Katie only has 26 points to defend before the US Open , so should make it comfortably. She does have 30 points to drop from USO qualifying as well though.

Overall relatively not too much to defend in North America. 'Just' 45 counting points ( 15 from Granby 60K and 30 from USO qualifying ) and no other counters before the US Open other than her Wimbledon 10 points which she will at least replace. Whereas her total is currently 499 points.

hmmm, so 'just' winning one round at Wimby would cover that, that's exciting. Then I see she's entered for an $80 in Kazakstan the week after Wimby. Seems a bit odd to go all that way, saying that the entry list is significantly lower than the $80+H, or the $60 going on in the same week!
I guess she didn't know that she'd do so well on the grass, so her plans may change.

She's also entered in Canada 25k and California 60k that week, but with Astania first choice. These three are all hard courts, while the 80K+H is clay, and she would only be seeded around 7 in a field where all players would be in the top 200. Astania does look the best for her.

I have exactly the same problem and have tried everything.  I reported it to the ITF help desk and they said they had never come across this problem before.  They suggested a few things to try (including loading a new browser) which I did but they made no difference.
