One thing Gabi has is a noticeably round arm serve. If the vertical is 90 degrees, her arm comes round at about 45 degrees. She doesn't have that much power on it, and I'm sure she would have more if her arm was straighter.

Unfortunately she fails to consolidate the break, losing it after reaching deuce. 2-6 4-4*

Gabi's second set promised more than it delivered. She loses 2-6 4-6 and goes into Wimbledon on her biggest losing streak of the year of 4 matches, even if that includes 2 players in the top 100.

And goes GB #2 in the live race although it is very very close from #2 to #5. Certainly Katie B and Harriet are the 2 behind Jo most on a roll in recent weeks.
