I wonder if she will stick to a similar itinerary to last year or go back earlier and play in the bank of the west tournament hosted at Stanford? Her college doubles partner nearly won through qualifying and I am sure they would get a doubles wildcard given their high college doubles rank through the year.
Lovely, too, that she's back with the other Emily - they played together so often before Em Arb went stateside - I always follow Em Francati too, just because her name jumps out at me.

It's no longer at Stanford. They changed their policy on hosting commercially sponsored events so the tournament has moved to San Jose State with a new sponsor and is now called the Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic.

I notice she's on the list to play singles in Sweden next week.
Nice way to ease your way back into the futures tour!
Thanks for the info red squirrel re the Bank of the West tournament that was. It is a shame hey have made the change but probably had very little to do with the tennis programme, St Jose States facilities unless they have been massively upgraded don't really compare.
