Thanks Jon, good fun. I'd gone for Jo.

Such a shame Hev and Naomi made such bad showings, sad but not surprising

Thanks for the thanks - it really was no hassle at all and I enjoyed tracking it. I wish I was a blob or ABB or one of our other stats gurus and could have done some fancy graphs, but I'm not! Sometimes simple works ok though.

Still doubles to finish off - to be honest I've had a busy few weeks at work and been travelling a lot so doing this has been my way of following the tennis - I didn't see a shot of any event before Wimbledon, have seen maybe.an hour this past week but enjoyed an hour before bedtime updating these records each night - helps relaxation!

As an aside what might be interesting is to see how many ATP and WTA points each of our players has gathered on the grass? If anyone has the time, id be interested in seeing who has had most success, men and women from that real test of impact?

Yes thanks Jon, it was fun, and congrats to Harriet and Katie B, as well as Dan in the 3rd position! I must admit, although I voted for Jo too, I felt much more invested in those 3, plus the other 3 in the new wave women's group.

And the doubles is still intriguing with 4 pairs left in the men's doubles competition...

and Heather in the ladies of course. Part of me was tempted to add in mixed but I decided against it. Perhaps a separate one event mixed table at the end!

I dont think we ever got to the full low down on who voted for Harriet and Katie B. CD and The Optimist I recall, not sure who others where. As a Dan voter it was interesting to see how politics changed the direction of this whole process! He was slam dunk to win until Queens amd then it went pear shaped pear

Indeed, thanks guys. Maybe I should do a similar thing for the British futures hardcourt season, covering all 3 futures and ITF events...mm. Maybe Not!
